and again in Wallpaper, on how chocolate should look like, before you slighlty open its wrapping and bite( sorry, take a little)...
my problem with chocolate is that I can't ( not allowed to) eat anymore...but can't I talk about or peep?
So: when Cailler revamped its brand recently, it solicited the help of architect Jean Nouvel to redesign the packaging and Michelin-star chef Ferrán Adrià to create some novel fondants (including a jasmine-tea filling). An excursion to Switzerland is on the agenda.
Jasmine tea filling? I'd kill for this Frigor!
